Simple & Easy Kettlebell and Body Weight Warm-up Flow

Grab a lightweight and move! It'll help speed up your recovery by promoting blood flow and an easy pump. Also, add these 2 hip and back stretches after your workout. You'll be feeling fresh for your next training session
