Muay Thai Hip Activator. Fire Hydrant Variations

This exercise variation doubles as a booty blaster workout regime and should be a staple in your warm up.


The Fire Hydrant targets your gluteus medius as well as your hip's abductor muscles. In these two variations of the Fire Hydrant, I use the straight leg followed by the kick out which will wake up your knee extension!
