My Life, My Blood, My Muay Thai All. Episode 1

Weekly review about my martial arts lifestyle as a Muay Thai coach/fighter, mental training and exercise tips mixed in with a few dry humor randomness. Filmed on a Sony Handycam and an iPhone.

In the beginning of this episode I go over a hip joint distraction exercises that will loosen up your hips and free up some extra range of motion that you might be lacking.

A short clip filmed on an iPhone of Friday's sparring drills class at Kings Thai Boxing (NYC). In this drill we had one person kicking while the other person punches. Here, I'm the guy with the over shoulder tank top throwing kicks and getting my butt whipped!

A neck exercise complex that I use before and after training. Properly warming up your neck will also loosen up your shoulders. I demonstrate the Egyptian Glide (No it's not a sex move) as well as neck flexion, so give this complex a try at your next training.

As well as some Muay Thai training footage of Basics and All Levels classes from NJ United MMA and Kings Thai Boxing.

I hope you enjoy this episode and find the exercises and drills useful towards your own progression.

Best to your training,

Danny Millet
