When your shoulder feel sore and lacking range of motion, you must warm up your entire upper bracket. By upper bracket I'm referring to your neck, ribs, T-spine, pecs, scapula, biceps, obliques, etc...
In this clip I use lateral neck flexion followed by a shoulder windmill to open up my upper body in preparation for Friday's clinch heavy noon class at Kings Thai Boxing (NYC).
