Thai Boxing Drill w/ Band on Legs


Stop losing your foot positioning. Establish a strong athletic fighting stance with this drill.

Positioning is everything in any combat sports. You are always going to need your feet underneath you, to maximize strength, speed and power in any direction.





How to Perform

  • Grab a loop resistance band.
  • Fold the band in half.
  • Slide one leg in at a time until the band has slight resistance just above your knees.
  • Keep tension on the band by maintaining proper leg distance in your fighting stance.
  • Work your combos, range, defense, steps and angles.
  • Don't let the band slip below your knees!
