Shoulder Stability w/ Grip Strength for Muay Thai.

If your shoulders get sore from holding Thai pads or boxing mitts then this is the exercise for you. 







Stability
One exercise I've been using as a warm, specifically for when I hold pads, is the Bottom Up Kettle Bell Carry. I got this one from Eric Cressy's Youtube channel, in which he explains it in better detail (link here). I also like to do daily grip strength training but since time is limited I prefer to add them together.

Did I say that right? In this video I demonstrate the Bottoms Up KB plus a Grip Squeeze using the end of a dumbbell with the opposite hand. Give this exercise a try and leave me a comment or message with your experience.
