Here's one of my favorite exercise for increasing stability strength. It's the lateral plank with row and for an added variation; hip flexion.
- Make sure you are laying in a straight line.
- Lock your forearm underneath your shoulder in a stable position.
- Stacked on top of each other.
- Keep your neck and spine in a straight line.
- Contract your glutes, abs, and quads.
- Row without twisting your spine.
- In a control manner, slide your knee.
Best to your training,
Danny Millet
