Entering with Teeps (Muay Thai Coaching Review Sept 4-10/2016)

Teeps, your longest weapon in Muay Thai, are a versatile weapon!

For the next few weeks, I'm teaching my students to use their teeps as an opener and a way to not give their opponent the chance to set up.

An opener that's not in the sense of a flowing combo e.,g., teep, jab, cross, hook, foot stomp, headbutt, low kick, but an opener that is more of disruption to your opponent's rhythm and balance.
