Engraving Method: Long Guard-Elbow

World MuayThai Angels Quarter Final.

This is the 2nd part to my new Engraving Method series. For this part I broke down Italy's Sindy Huyer's (1) use of the long guard-elbow against France's Laurene Pumpanmuang (2). 

This fight took place at World MuayThai Angles (3) quarter final event. Laurene is a very game and proficient opponent who fights quite frequently. Being a fan of Laurene, naturally I was rooting for her but this was Sindy's night. Sindy displayed some great skills, especially her elbows! 

I'm excited to see how this tournament turns out and I'll definitely be rooting for Sindy!
