Every Sunday I take the time to reflect on last weeks training and come up with a blue print for next weeks training requirements.
- What did I do wrong in sparring and how can I fix it?
- What did I do right in sparring and how can I do more of that?
- Should I have added more weight to the bar, increase the reps, or sets?
- Can I afford to add another mile to my run or should I increase speed?
Sunday is my time to rest up and get ready to conquer Monday.
